*Am I Ready to Be a Homeowner?
We are staying in a linear city wherein land can’t increase, so won’t places to live in increase. The demand would be constantly increasing with population and progress but supply will be inversely proportionate.
*IS RENTING OR BUYING BETTER? It’s a very old paradoxical phrase between the two ends if you’re looking for a right balance. Rental on a short term of 2-7 years can help in accumulating funds to buy. But there is no better investment than a home which you can call your own. Constant changing houses in a live span in the same city can wear a person down and does not give stability. It is one of the most FAQ Real Estate Questions.
*What Do I Look for in Homes?
It’s more of what you are looking for in a place, then what I can tell you. But there is a simple formula which is a guiding mantra I mention to all my clients. Scale it on a range between 1-10 anything that goes beyond a 6 is your shortlist. There is no 10 out of 10 home out there no matter whatever is your budget.
A very underplayed aspect and not a keen take by many who buy homes with their own funds. Any mortgage firm makes it mandatory for the buyer to have one, but it’s a very vital one for all. It’s like a term policy we buy to secure, not out of fear.
*What Should I Expect at Closing?
The crucial part of the transactions comes right at the end when the emotions are running high and the excitement of finally getting your home sold or purchase is right there. At this part comes the time when a realtor is sharp as a gazelle since all the paperwork and formalities remain with you for the rest of your life there can’t be any glitch.
*Am I Ready to Rent?
If you are sure about the location you need to be in and the locality which meets your immediate day to day requirements and the neighbourhood meets your match, you are good to go. To be specific to a premises make sure your realtor knows your time frame of stay, likes and dislikes, including your socialising habits, as some rental premises comes with certain restrictions.
*How many homes/offices I see before buying it/ placing an offer ?
There is no simple answer to this one. Dont think you are making a mistake if you buy the very first house you see as the same can be said for the 25th house that you see. Its all about the connect.
*WHAT SHOULD BE MY OFFER ? A realtor would be the right person as he knows the market trend. He has a historical data of the closing prices in the same building and the locality and he is the one connected to every move of the buyer/seller.
CAN I ASK YOU FOR ADVICE ?

My ideology of work is based on my first principle of work ethics.“Be a friend/advisor. Share your knowledge because one builds relationships first, business can follow if we connect.”
